Military Spades — Privacy Policy

Military Spades needs no account and keeps your game on your device. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which collect some information as described below. The developer does not receive that information.

What the app stores

Your game progress, scores, and settings (such as your chosen language) are saved only on your device, so you can pick up where you left off. This data never leaves your device.

Ads

The free version of the app shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google's ad software (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) may collect:

• your device's IP address, which can be used to estimate your general location;
• device identifiers, including the advertising identifier if you allow tracking;
• which ads you see and tap, and other interactions with ads;
• app performance and crash information.

Google uses this to serve, measure, and improve ads, and may use it for personalized advertising where you have allowed it. The developer of Military Spades does not receive this information. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your choices

• Tracking: the first time you open the app, iOS asks whether the app may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," you can still play; ads are simply less personalized. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Consent: where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the app asks for your consent before showing ads. You can review or change your choice in the app under Settings > Ad Privacy Choices.
• Remove ads: a one-time in-app purchase turns the ads off. After you buy it, the app no longer shows ads.

Purchases

The Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by Apple. The developer never sees your payment details. The app only checks with Apple whether you own the purchase, and remembers the result on your device.

What the app does not do

• It has no accounts or sign-in.
• It includes no analytics tools of its own.
• It does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
• It does not send anything to the developer. The only network connections it makes are those needed to load ads and to check your purchase with Apple.

Third parties

The app includes Google's Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform SDK. These are the only third-party services that may collect information, as described above.

Contacting support

You can email support from the app's Settings screen. The message opens in your own mail app, prefilled with your app version, iOS version, and device type to help us fix problems; you can delete those details before sending. We receive only what you choose to send, and the app never sends anything on its own.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all of its saved data from your device. To reset your device's advertising identifier or limit ad tracking, use iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (and Apple Advertising).

Children

Military Spades is a general-audience card game and is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes how it handles data, this policy will be updated first, and significant changes will be described in the app's release notes.
